Mr. Haq is a seasoned development professional, a leader, an influencer with over 25 years of leadership experience in public health, environment and climate resilience, nutrition, health systems strengthening, and urban planning. He has held team leader, senior advisory, management, and consultancy roles with leading international organizations, including UNICEF, UNODC (Afghanistan), ADB, GIZ, Concern Worldwide, UNOPS, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Ministry of Local Government and Cooperatives (MoLGRD&C), City Corporations, DGHS, DGFP, BNNC, IPHN, other directorates, government agencies, NGO partners, community level organisation, hard to reach communities and different civil society and all other stakeholders. His expertise spans programme design and strategy, digital health, health financing, urban health, nutrition governance, and policy advocacy, demonstrated through his successful leadership of large-scale, multi-sectoral programme funded by USAID, the European Union, FCDO, Irish Aid, and the German Government, with a strong focus on capacity building, community engagement, and equitable service delivery. As a consultant, he has provided strategic guidance to UN agencies and INGOs on planning, health system reform, policy documentation, and innovative project models—particularly in fragile and climate-vulnerable settings. Renowned for his strategic leadership in multi-stakeholder environments, he possesses deep expertise in universal health coverage (UHC), urban health, and MNCAH, alongside strong skills in grant management, monitoring and evaluation, system-based programming, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation. His extensive professional experience is underpinned by a solid academic foundation, holding a Master of Public Health (Maternal, Child, and Reproductive Health) from the State University of Bangladesh, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from BUET, and a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Khulna University.

Dr. Parvin, Vice Chairman of GRACE and a Researcher at the College of Policy Science, Ritsumeikan University in Osaka, Japan, is an accomplished academic with a Doctor of Philosophy degree and expertise in environmental policy, urban resilience, disaster risk management, food security, and microinsurance. Renowned for her contributions to research on blue-green infrastructure, climate disaster resilience, and community-based policy approaches, she has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences across Asia, Europe, and beyond. Known for her collaborative spirit, strategic thinking, and ability to bridge academia with community action, Dr. Parvin leverages her global network to enhance GRACE’s mission of fostering creativity, connection, and sustainable social impact, ensuring that all initiatives are grounded in both rigorous research and real-world relevance.

Mr. Rashid is a seasoned development professional and policy analyst with over 12 years of experience in public health, maternal and child nutrition, climate resilience, WASH, nutrition governance, and social protection. He has held senior roles in national and international NGOs, including icddr,b, Shimantik, and Jagrata Juba Shangha (JJS), leading large-scale, donor-funded programmes supported by the European Union, World Bank, CARE, SDF, and GSK. His expertise spans programme design and leadership, policy engagement, donor coordination, and grant management, with proven impact in health and nutrition, livelihoods, food security, gender inclusion, disaster preparedness, and community resilience. Skilled in strategic planning, MEAL, advocacy, capacity building, and multi-sectoral stakeholder collaboration, he has successfully managed multi-district operations and diverse project teams. Holding an MPH in Epidemiology from the State University of Bangladesh, an MSS in Social Welfare from the University of Dhaka, and a BSS in Social Work, Mamun is deeply committed to building climate-adaptive, resilient, and sustainable community systems in Bangladesh’s most climate-vulnerable and underserved regions, integrating evidence-based policymaking with community-driven development to ensure lasting social impact.
