At the heart of GRACE lies a group of passionate people devoted to community well-being and positive change. Though comparatively new in NGOAB registration, GRACE has been silently yet meaningfully touching lives for more than twelve years through its registration with the Department of Social Services.

Our strength is not in numbers but in the commitment and compassion of our people. With a small but dedicated team of four permanent staff members, GRACE continues to nurture its mission of community transformation. Alongside them, a vibrant group of twenty youth volunteers carry forward the organization’s core programs with energy, creativity, and hope—standing as true ambassadors of change within their own communities.

The organization is guided by an Executive Body of talented and visionary professionals—leaders with both national and international experience who provide wisdom, guidance, and inspiration to every step GRACE takes.

Adding to this spirit, a few young and dynamic sector specialists generously offer their voluntary support in key areas such as Finance, Programs, MEAL, and Social Business Development, helping to strengthen the organization’s foundation and future growth.

Together, this blend of experience, youth, and purpose forms the human soul of GRACE—a family of dreamers and doers committed to building a brighter, more compassionate, and self-reliant community.
