• Provide quality Antenatal (ANC)

Breastfeeding (EIBF), Exclusive Breastfeeding (EBF), and appropriate
Complementary Feeding (CF). • Implement Social and Behavior
Change Communication (SBCC) activities targeting mothers and caregivers. |

Improved Nutrition and Early Detection of Malnutrition (SAM) |
• Conduct
regular growth monitoring and nutritional assessment of under-five children. • Screen for
Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and refer identified cases for treatment. • Provide
individual and group counseling on child feeding and household nutrition. • Support
capacity building of community volunteers for nutrition surveillance. |

4. Promoted
Personal Hygiene, Adolescent and Reproductive Health |
• Conduct hygiene promotion
sessions on handwashing, sanitation, and menstrual hygiene management (MHM). • Facilitate adolescent health
sessions on physical and mental well-being, nutrition, and life skills. • Provide reproductive health
counseling and link adolescents and young women to appropriate health
services. • Distribute IEC materials to
reinforce health and hygiene messages. |

Strengthened Dietary Diversity and Nutrition-Sensitive Cooking Practices |
• Organize
community cooking demonstrations using locally available nutritious foods. • Promote
diversified food production and household consumption through kitchen
